How Can I See My Transactions From More Than 6 Months Ago on Pluang?

The Transaction History page in the Pluang app shows only your transactions from the last 6 months. To see older transactions, download a Transaction History Report: open Account in the Pluang app, tap Reports, then Transaction History Report, choose the period you need or enter the dates manually, and tap Send to Email. The report is sent to your registered email address.

No. The report includes only transactions with a final status: successful, failed, cancelled or rejected. Pending transactions stay visible on the Transaction History page in the app or on Pluang's Web Trading platform.

Up to 10 Transaction History Reports per day. Once you reach the limit, wait 24 hours before requesting a new one.

Q: How long does the report take to arrive?
