Related questions:

Q: How is the report different from the Transaction History page in the app?
The Transaction History page in the app shows only the last 6 months. The Transaction History Report covers the period you choose, so use it to see transactions older than 6 months.

The Transaction History Report lists your individual transactions for a period you choose. The Tax Report summarises one calendar year for tax filing, with your year-end holdings and your profit, loss or tax collected.

Up to 10 per day. Once you reach the limit, wait 24 hours before requesting a new report.

Q: What should I do if the report does not arrive?
The report is sent to your registered email address. If you have not received it within 1 hour, contact Pluang Care at tanya@pluang.com.
