What Is the Pluang Tax Report?

The Pluang Tax Report is a document summarising your investments on Pluang for one calendar year, which you can use as a source document when filling in your annual tax return, the SPT Tahunan. Related questions:

Q: Does Pluang send my Tax Report to the tax office?
No. Pluang does not report users' net profit information to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP). Filing your SPT Tahunan is your own responsibility, and the Tax Report gives you the figures from your Pluang account to do it.

Q: How is the Tax Report different from the Transaction History Report?
The Tax Report summarises one calendar year for tax filing: your year-end holdings and your profit, loss or tax collected. The Transaction History Report lists your individual completed transactions for any period you choose.

Q: Which years and assets does the Tax Report cover?
Every past calendar year, for crypto, US stocks (including US ETFs), mutual funds and gold. A year's report becomes available after 31 December of that year, because it reflects your year-end holdings.

Q: Does the Tax Report tell me how to fill in my SPT?
No. The Tax Report gives you the figures from your Pluang account, but it does not tell you how to classify them in your SPT Tahunan. If you are unsure, a tax consultant can advise on your situation.
