Why haven't I received my USDT Earn reward?

USDT Earn rewards are paid once a month, on the 5th, so the most common reason is that the payout date has not arrived yet. If the 5th has passed, check whether your deposit is still in its 13-day deposit period: USDT earns nothing until it reaches your Earn Balance. The table below covers the other causes.
