Why can't I cancel my USDT Earn deposit or redeem?

A deposit or redeem can only be cancelled while its status is Requested, before 09:00 WIB on its batch day. From 09:00 WIB the request is being processed, and the app shows "This request is already being processed and can no longer be canceled." A request placed before 09:00 WIB has to be cancelled the same morning.
