How Do Dividends From US ETFs Work on Pluang?
When a US ETF you hold on Pluang pays a dividend, Pluang credits it to your USD balance after US withholding tax, usually the day after the payable date. US Stocks and ETFs on Pluang are facilitated by PT PG Berjangka, a Financial Derivatives Trading Intermediary for derivative products with securities as the underlying asset, licensed and supervised by OJK. To be eligible, you need to hold the ETF on or before its cum date. Withholding is 15% on non-leveraged positions and 30% on 2x leveraged positions, and 4x Day Trade positions get no dividend because they close the same day.

How often an ETF pays depends on the fund. Many stock ETFs pay quarterly, many bond ETFs pay monthly, and funds that hold only gold or commodity futures usually pay nothing.
The dividend arrives as cash in your USD balance. If you want to reinvest it, you can use it to buy more units of the ETF or any other US Stock or ETF.
