How Do US ETF Orders Work on Pluang: Trading Hours, Order Types and Fees?

US ETF orders on Pluang work like US stock orders: you trade in US dollars during US market hours, from US$1, using Market, Limit, Stop or Stop-Limit orders. US Stocks and ETFs on Pluang are facilitated by PT PG Berjangka, a Financial Derivatives Trading Intermediary for derivative products with securities as the underlying asset, licensed and supervised by OJK. ETFs marked "24" in the app can also be traded with Limit Orders in the 24-Hour Market.

Related questions:

Q: Can I place a US ETF order outside US market hours?
Yes. A Market Order placed outside regular hours waits and executes at the open. A Limit Order on an ETF marked "24" can execute in the 24-Hour Market instead.

Q: What is the minimum order for a US ETF on Pluang?
US$1 for a Market Order and US$1.50 for a Limit, Stop or Stop-Limit Order. The minimum sell is US$0.40.

Q: Where does the money go when I sell a US ETF?
A sale settles in US dollars, so the proceeds go to your USD balance. You can keep them in USD or convert them to IDR in the app, with a 0.25% conversion fee plus VAT.

Q: Can I cancel a US ETF order after placing it?
Yes, as long as it hasn't executed. The request is forwarded to the US broker and completed before the next regular session opens. While it is pending, the order still shows as Open and the Cancel button is greyed out.
