How Do I Check My Gold Transaction History on Pluang?

To check your gold transaction history on Pluang, open the Gold page (Search → Gold) and tap "View Transaction History". The list shows your gold activity from the last 30 days, including buys and sells, physical withdrawals, instalments and other gold activity. Tap any transaction to open its full details and status. This is also where you confirm that a purchase or sale has gone through after you swipe to confirm. For physical withdrawals, Pluang does not issue an invoice: the withdrawal record in Transaction History is your proof of the transaction. If you need a yearly summary rather than individual transactions, the Tax Report covers Gold. Go to Account → Reports → Tax Report, choose the year and the asset, and the report is sent to your registered email. Each report covers one full calendar year, and a year's report becomes available only after that year has ended.

What you will find in the list

  • Gold buy and sell transactions, with their status
  • Physical gold withdrawal requests, with their progress
  • Gold instalment (Cicilan Emas) activity
  • Other gold activity on your account

Proof for physical withdrawals. Pluang does not issue an invoice for physical gold withdrawals. The withdrawal record on the Transaction History page is the proof of the transaction, and it is also where you follow the request after you submit it. See the guide "How to Withdraw Physical Gold on Pluang".

Related questions:

Q: How do I check whether my gold purchase went through?
After you swipe to confirm, the order is processed and the app shows when the transaction is successful. To check it later, open the Gold page and tap "View Transaction History", then tap the purchase to see its status and details. Once it is complete, the grams appear in your gold balance under "Your Position". If a purchase failed, see the article "Why can't I buy gold on Pluang?".

Q: Can I use Transaction History as proof of a physical gold withdrawal?
Yes. Pluang does not issue an invoice for physical gold withdrawals, so the withdrawal record on the Transaction History page is your proof of the transaction. Open the Gold page, tap "View Transaction History" and select the withdrawal to see its details and status. Keep in mind that the list shows the last 30 days, so it is worth saving a screenshot of the record if you need it later.

Q: Does the Tax Report include my gold?
Yes. As of September 2026, the Tax Report covers Crypto, US Stocks, Mutual Funds and Gold. For Gold it shows your total realised gain or loss from 1 January to 31 December, plus your year-end holdings. Go to Account → Reports → Tax Report, pick the year and the asset, and the report is sent to your registered email. A year's report is available only after that year has ended.

Q: Where can I see my gold instalment payments?
Instalments have their own screen. Open the Gold asset page, tap your gold balance (vault) icon and choose "Installment" to see your list of instalments. Tap "View Schedule" to see each monthly payment and its due date; payments are auto-debited from your Rupiah balance on the 25th of each month. Instalment activity also appears in the gold Transaction History list for the last 30 days.
