The AI Agent’s Order Timed Out and I Don’t Know If It Went Through

Don’t ask the agent to try again. A timed-out order may still have reached Pluang, so retrying can place it twice at real cost. Check your Pluang transaction history first — it is the authoritative record — and only re-place the order if nothing appears there.

Related questions:

Q: Why can’t the agent just retry automatically?
Because a retry on a still-valid quote can duplicate a real order. Confirming the status first is safer than assuming failure.

Q: How long should I wait before re-placing?
Give it a few minutes, then check transaction history.

Q: Can I cancel a duplicate order?
Yes, if it hasn’t filled — cancel it in the Pluang app. If it has already filled, contact Pluang Care.

Q: Does a timeout mean my agent connection is broken?
Not necessarily. It usually means the confirmation didn’t return in time, not that the connection itself failed.
