The AI Agent Says I Can Spend More Than My Wallet Balance
This is normal, not an error. A Pluang buy can draw on several wallets at once and convert between rupiah and dollars automatically, so your spendable amount can exceed any single wallet’s balance. It is entirely your own money — not margin, credit, leverage or a loan.
| Symptom / Condition | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| The spendable figure is higher than your IDR wallet balance | A buy can be funded from several wallets at once, with automatic IDR/USD conversion | Normal. Ask the agent to show which wallets the funds come from. |
| The spendable figure is lower than your total balance | Pending orders, locked funds and fees are already deducted from it | Normal — the figure is net of existing commitments. |
| The figure changed between two checks | It moves with the IDR/USD exchange rate and with any open orders | Re-check immediately before ordering. The agent is required to do this anyway. |
| You think this is margin, leverage or credit | It is none of those. Every component is your own cash across your own wallets | No action needed. Agentic Trading offers no borrowing of any kind. |

Related questions:
Q: Is this margin or leverage?
No. Agentic Trading offers no margin or credit — the figure is your own cash across wallets, including automatic currency conversion.
Q: Why does the figure keep changing?
It moves with the IDR/USD exchange rate and with any pending orders that reserve part of your funds.
Q: Can I see which wallets fund a purchase?
Yes — ask the agent for the funding breakdown, which lists each contributing wallet and the rate used.
Q: Should I use my wallet balance to judge what I can afford?
No. The spendable figure is the accurate one; a single wallet balance understates what you can actually buy.
