Troubleshooting guide

The AI Agent Asked Which Asset I Meant, or Looked at the Wrong Market

Because ticker symbols collide across Pluang’s products. META, for example, is both a US-listed stock and an IDX listing, and some crypto symbols match stock tickers. Rather than guess and route your money to the wrong market, the agent stops and asks which one you mean.

Related questions:

Q: Which tickers actually collide?
META is both a US stock and an IDX listing, and several coin symbols match stock tickers.

Q: Can I stop the agent asking every time?
Name the asset class up front — "the US stock" or "saham Indonesia" — and it won’t need to confirm.

Q: Will the agent ever just guess?
No. When a query matches more than one asset class it must stop and ask before pricing or placing anything.

Q: What if I confirm the wrong one?
You would trade the wrong asset. Check the asset class and market shown in the quote before approving it.
