The AI Agent Gave Me a Number That Doesn’t Match the Pluang App

Always trust the Pluang app. Prices, balances, holdings and order status are read from Pluang’s own data, but the assistant can also answer from the AI model’s general knowledge — for example when a request is unclear — and general knowledge can be wrong or out of date.

Related questions:

Q: Which numbers definitely come from Pluang?
Prices, your wallet balances, buying power, holdings, quotes and order status. Those are read from Pluang’s own systems.

Q: So the AI agent can be wrong?
On general explanation and context, yes — that can come from the AI model itself. Your account figures and market data come from Pluang.

Q: What should I do when the two disagree?
Trust the Pluang app. It is the system of record for your account, and the agent is a way of reaching it.

Q: Does this affect the orders I place?
No. Every order is placed against a Pluang quote that you confirm, and the quote’s figures come from Pluang.
