Why Can’t the AI Agent Find My Older Transactions?

The agent can only see your last 20 transactions and orders. There is no date range, no status filter and no paging, so anything older than those 20 rows is invisible to it. Open your full transaction history in the Pluang app instead.

Related questions:

Q: Can I ask the agent for more than 20 rows?
No. Twenty is a hard cap on what the agent can see, however the request is phrased.

Q: Why can’t the agent total up my trades?
Transaction amounts come through as display text in mixed currencies, so adding them would produce a meaningless number.

Q: Does this stop the agent finding an open order to cancel?
Usually not. Working orders are flagged in that same recent-activity view, so a recent open order is normally visible.

Q: Where is my complete history?
In the Pluang app, which holds the full record with proper date and status filtering.
