Related questions:
Q: Do I need to email Pluang Care to request a Tax Report?
No. The Tax Report is self-serve: download it in the Pluang app under Account → Reports → Tax Report. Contact Pluang Care at tanya@pluang.com or through live chat only if your report does not arrive.
Q: Is there a Tax Report for Indonesian stocks, options or crypto futures?
Not at the moment. As of September 2026, the Tax Report covers crypto, US stocks (including US ETFs), mutual funds and gold only. For your other assets, you can download a Transaction History Report listing your transactions for the period you choose.
Q: What does the Tax Report show for each asset?
The figures depend on the asset. For crypto, it shows the total tax collected on your crypto transactions during the year. For US stocks and US ETFs, it shows realised profit or loss, USD Yield interest and dividends. For mutual funds and gold, it shows realised profit or loss. Every report also reflects your holdings at the end of the year.
Q: Which years can I download a Tax Report for?
Any past calendar year, not only last year. A year's report becomes available only after 31 December of that year, because it reflects your year-end holdings.
Q: What should I do if my Tax Report does not arrive?
Reports can take a moment to reach your registered email, so check your inbox and spam folder first. If it still has not arrived, contact Pluang Care at tanya@pluang.com or through live chat in the app.
