Troubleshooting guide

Why did my rights or warrants disappear from my portfolio on Pluang?

This is expected behavior, not an error — rights or warrants that weren't exercised or sold before the Trading End date automatically expire worthless and are removed from your portfolio. There's no recovery process once this happens.

Symptom / Condition Possible Cause Solution
A -R or -W ticker you held is gone, with no sell or exercise transaction The Trading End date passed and it expired unexercised and unsold None — final, no refund or exception process
Ticker disappeared shortly after the Trading End date The Trading End date has passed, ending the validity window None — track the Trading End date in advance next time
Unsure if it expired or is still processing Uncertain which scenario applies Check Transaction History filters for an exercise or sell record

If the issue persists:
If you believe your rights or warrants disappeared before their stated Trading End date, contact Pluang Care via live chat or email tanya@pluang.com with the ticker and dates.

Related questions:

Q: Can I get my expired rights or warrants back?
No. Once the Trading End date passes, they cannot be recovered, refunded, or reinstated.

Q: Does my underlying stock disappear too?
No. Your original shares are unaffected — only the unused rights or warrants expire.

Q: How can I avoid missing the exercise window next time?
Watch for the Portfolio page banner and check dates on the Corporate Action ADP screen.

Q: Does Pluang send a reminder before expiry?
The Portfolio banner persists while you hold the ticker, but there's no separate push notification.
