Why did my rights or warrants disappear from my portfolio on Pluang?
This is expected behavior, not an error — rights or warrants that weren't exercised or sold before the Trading End date automatically expire worthless and are removed from your portfolio. There's no recovery process once this happens.
| Symptom / Condition | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| A -R or -W ticker you held is gone, with no sell or exercise transaction | The Trading End date passed and it expired unexercised and unsold | None — final, no refund or exception process |
| Ticker disappeared shortly after the Trading End date | The Trading End date has passed, ending the validity window | None — track the Trading End date in advance next time |
| Unsure if it expired or is still processing | Uncertain which scenario applies | Check Transaction History filters for an exercise or sell record |
If the issue persists:
If you believe your rights or warrants disappeared before their stated Trading End date, contact Pluang Care via live chat or email tanya@pluang.com with the ticker and dates.

No. Your original shares are unaffected — only the unused rights or warrants expire.

Watch for the Portfolio page banner and check dates on the Corporate Action ADP screen.
Q: Does Pluang send a reminder before expiry?
The Portfolio banner persists while you hold the ticker, but there's no separate push notification.
