Why was my RDN withdrawal rejected on Pluang?
An RDN withdrawal submitted between 09:00 and 11:00 WIB can be rejected because your RDN balance may not have finished settling yet. The rejected amount goes back to your RDN balance, so no money is lost. Submit the withdrawal again after 11:00 WIB.
| Symptom / Condition | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal submitted between 09:00 and 11:00 WIB is rejected | Your RDN balance hadn't finished settling when the withdrawal was processed | Submit the withdrawal again after 11:00 WIB |
| Withdrawal is rejected after you've already withdrawn a large amount today | Your RDN is at Bank Jago, which caps withdrawals to other banks at Rp1,000,000,000 per day in total, counting every such withdrawal that day | Withdraw the remaining amount the next day, or withdraw it to a Bank Jago account, which has no daily cap |
| A second withdrawal is rejected while an earlier one is still processing | Only one RDN withdrawal can be processed at a time | Wait until the earlier withdrawal succeeds or fails, then submit the next one |
| Withdrawal is rejected when you enter your full RDN balance | Every withdrawal must leave at least Rp1 in the RDN | Enter an amount that leaves at least Rp1 in your RDN |
| Withdrawal is rejected because the destination account couldn't be verified | The details of your registered destination bank account are invalid or the account is no longer active | Contact Pluang support to check your registered bank account and, if needed, update it |
| You can't submit a withdrawal at all late at night | The RDN has a daily downtime from 23:00 to 04:00 WIB | Try again after 04:00 WIB |
| Withdrawal still shows as pending after more than 1 business day | The final status hasn't been updated yet | Contact Pluang support with the withdrawal date and amount so the team can check its status |
Important notes:
- A rejected withdrawal does not take money out of your account. The amount goes back to your RDN balance, usually on the same day.
- Only settled funds can be withdrawn. Proceeds from a stock sale become withdrawable 2 business days after the transaction date (T+2), and funds held for a pending buy order aren't available until that order is cancelled, expires, or executes.
- The minimum RDN withdrawal is Rp10,000.

Related questions:
Q: Is my money lost if my RDN withdrawal is rejected?
No. A rejected withdrawal never leaves your RDN. The amount goes back to your RDN balance, usually on the same day, and you can submit a new withdrawal once it's back.
Q: Why does a withdrawal between 09:00 and 11:00 WIB sometimes fail?
Early in the day, your RDN balance may still be settling. If a withdrawal is processed before that has finished, it can be rejected. By 11:00 WIB this has normally finished, so try again then.
Q: Can I withdraw more than Rp1 billion in a day from my RDN?
From a Bank Jago RDN, only to a Bank Jago account, which has no daily cap. Withdrawals to another bank are capped at Rp1,000,000,000 per day in total, counting every such withdrawal that day. Withdraw anything above that the next day.
Q: How long does a successful RDN withdrawal take to reach my bank?
Typically 1–2 business days from when the withdrawal is submitted, whether it's a same-bank or interbank transfer.
