Why can't I see my RDN balance or withdraw at night on Pluang?
Every day from 23:00 to 04:00 WIB, the RDN goes through a scheduled daily downtime. During that window your RDN balance may not be shown in the app, and you can't make an RDN withdrawal. Your funds are not affected. Check again, or submit your withdrawal, after 04:00 WIB.

Important notes:
- The downtime happens every day, including weekends and public holidays.
- Your RDN balance and your stocks are not affected by the downtime. It only affects what you can see and do with the RDN during that window.
- A withdrawal submitted between 09:00 and 11:00 WIB can occasionally be rejected while your RDN balance is still settling. If that happens, submit it again after 11:00 WIB.
