Why hasn't my RDN allocation arrived on Pluang?
An RDN allocation on Pluang usually shows in your RDN within 10–30 minutes, so if it hasn't arrived and shows as Pending, it's still being processed. Allocations made after trading hours can take longer, and those made while the bank system is unavailable, usually 16:30–20:00 WIB on trading days, are processed once it's back. Your money isn't lost while it waits.
| Symptom / Condition | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| You allocated less than 30 minutes ago | It's still within the usual 10–30 minutes | Wait a little, then reopen your Balance page |
| You allocated after trading hours | Allocations outside trading hours can take longer | Check again later; the money shows in your RDN once it's processed |
| You allocated between about 16:30 and 20:00 WIB on a trading day | The bank system is usually unavailable at that time | It's processed once the bank system is back; check again after 20:00 WIB |
| It's between 23:00 and 04:00 WIB and you can't see your RDN balance | The RDN has a daily downtime when its balance can't be viewed | Check again after 04:00 WIB |
| You allocated from IDR Crypto Funding and your history shows only an IDR Cash entry | Money from IDR Crypto Funding passes through IDR Cash first | Wait for the second step to finish; the money then shows in your RDN |
| Your history shows the allocation as failed | The allocation couldn't be completed, so the amount went straight back to the balance you allocated from | Check IDR Cash or IDR Crypto Funding, then try again. If the amount isn't there, contact Pluang Care |
If the issue persists:
If the allocation is still pending after the bank system is back and outside the RDN's daily downtime, contact Pluang Care through live chat in the app, email tanya@pluang.com or the call center at (021) 8063 0065 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB), with the allocation's date and amount.
Related questions
Q: Is my money lost while the allocation is pending?
No. A pending allocation is still being processed. Once it completes, the full amount shows in your RDN, because allocating has no fee and no tax. If it fails, the amount goes straight back to the balance you allocated from.
Q: Can I make another allocation while this one is pending?
No. Only one allocation can be in process at a time, so you can make the next one once this one completes or fails. Contact Pluang Care if it stays pending.
Q: Why does my history show IDR Cash when I allocated from IDR Crypto Funding?
Money you allocate from IDR Crypto Funding passes through IDR Cash on its way to your RDN, so your history may show two entries for one allocation. The amount reaches your RDN after the second step.
