How do I top up my RDN on Pluang?

You can top up your RDN on Pluang by bank transfer to your RDN account number, which you'll find under Home → Wallet → RDN Account → Top Up. There is no minimum amount and no Pluang fee. A same-bank transfer is the quickest route, and every top-up is processed within 1×24 hours at most.

Before you start, make sure:

Your Indonesian Asset Verification is approved and your RDN is open. Your RDN account number only exists once the RDN has been opened.
You send the money from a bank account in your own name.
As of October 2026, you top up the RDN by bank transfer — mobile banking, internet banking or an ATM. Pluang's other top-up methods (Virtual Account, BCA Direct Transfer, GoPay and QRIS) fund your other IDR balances and don't work for the RDN.
There's no minimum top-up amount and Pluang charges no fee. Your sending bank may charge its usual transfer fee.
Your RDN balance can't be viewed in the app between 23:00 and 04:00 WIB each day, during the RDN's daily downtime.
You keep your proof of transfer. If your RDN balance hasn't updated after 1×24 hours, contact Pluang Care via live chat in the app, email tanya@pluang.com or the call center at (021) 8063 0065 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB), and include it.

6 Steps

Open your RDN Account
In the Pluang app, go to Home → Wallet → RDN Account.

Tap Top Up
The top-up page shows your RDN bank (BCA or Bank Jago) and your RDN account number.

Select your transfer channel
Choose how you'll send the money to see the transfer instructions for your RDN bank.

Enter your RDN account number in your banking app
In your bank's mobile banking or internet banking, or at an ATM, add your RDN account number as the transfer destination and enter the amount you want to top up.

Confirm the transfer with your bank
Check that the destination is your RDN account at BCA or Bank Jago, then confirm. Sending from a BCA account to a BCA RDN, or from a Bank Jago account to a Bank Jago RDN, is a same-bank transfer and is the quickest option.

Wait for your RDN balance to update
Go back to Home → Wallet → RDN Account. Your RDN balance increases by the amount you sent within 1×24 hours at most, and the funds are ready to use for buying Indonesian stocks.
