How to Allocate Money to Your RDN on Pluang

To allocate money to your RDN on Pluang, open your Balance page, choose IDR, tap Allocate, set IDR Cash or IDR Crypto Funding as the source and RDN as the destination, enter the amount, then review and slide to complete. Allocating is free, and the money usually shows in your Bank Jago RDN within 10–30 minutes, or longer after trading hours.

Before you start, make sure:

Allocation is available on your account. RDN allocation is being rolled out to Bank Jago RDN users in stages, so if you don't see Allocate for your RDN yet, keep topping up your RDN from your bank account for now.
You have an open Bank Jago RDN. Allocation isn't available yet for a BCA RDN.
You have at least Rp10,000 in IDR Cash or IDR Crypto Funding. The minimum is Rp10,000 per allocation, with no maximum.
No other allocation is still in process. Only one allocation can be in process at a time.
It isn't between 23:00 and 04:00 WIB, when you can't allocate during the RDN's daily downtime.
You're using the latest version of the Pluang app. You can't start an allocation on Pluang web trading.
You know that allocations made after trading hours can take longer. On trading days the bank system is unavailable for a while, usually 16:30–20:00 WIB, and allocations made then are processed once it is back.

6 Steps

Open your Balance page
Tap the wallet icon in the bottom menu to open Balance, then choose the IDR tab.

Tap Allocate
Tap Allocate on your IDR Cash or IDR Crypto Funding card. You can also tap Allocate on your RDN card or on your RDN page.

Choose the source and the destination
In From, choose IDR Cash or IDR Crypto Funding. In To, choose RDN. The first time you allocate from a balance, the app asks you to pick the destination.

Enter the amount
Type the amount in rupiah, or tap Max to fill in the most you can allocate from that balance, then tap Review Allocation.

Check the details and slide to complete
The confirmation screen shows Amount (IDR), Fee (Free), Tax (Rp0) and To Be Received (IDR). By continuing, you agree to the RDN Terms & Conditions linked on the screen. Use the Slide to complete button to confirm.

Wait for your RDN balance to update
The app shows Request submitted. Tap Done. The allocation shows as Pending in your transaction history, and the money usually shows in your RDN within 10–30 minutes, or longer after trading hours.
