The most common reason is that push notifications for Pluang are turned off on your phone. The reminder is still delivered, but only to your in-app inbox. Turn on notifications for the Pluang app in your phone's settings, and check your notification preferences in the Pluang app. Also check the timing: most reminders arrive 30 minutes before the event's scheduled time, but corporate-action reminders arrive at 09:00 WIB one day before the actionable date, such as the cum date, not on the event day.
