Why Is My Assets Empty or Showing "No Scheduled Events"?
My Assets shows only events for stocks in your portfolio or on watchlists you create yourself, so the most common reason is that those stocks have no events in the period or event type you selected. Set the period to Upcoming (today to 3 months ahead), turn off High Impact and clear the event-type filters, and check you're on the right market tab. If you have no holdings and no watchlist of your own, add stocks to a watchlist you create yourself.
| Symptom / Condition | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| My Assets shows a separate empty state saying you have no watchlist | You have no holdings and no watchlist you created yourself. The default watchlist the app creates for you doesn't count | Create a watchlist of your own and add the stocks you want to follow. |
| "No Scheduled Events" appears with My Assets turned on | Your stocks have no events in the selected period | Set the period to Upcoming (today to 3 months ahead), or a past period such as Last month to see earlier events. |
| The list empties after you combine My Assets with High Impact | Only high-impact events for your stocks are shown, and most single-stock events aren't high impact | Turn off High Impact. |
| The list empties after you pick an event type or corporate-action type | Your stocks have no event of that type in the selected period | Clear the event-type and corporate-action-type filters. |
| Your stocks are in one market, but the list shows the other | Each market tab, US Stocks or ID Stocks, shows only its own market's events | Switch to the market tab that matches your stocks. |
| Tapping My Assets opens a login popup | You're not logged in | Log in. If you log in in that same session, the My Assets filter is applied automatically. |

Related questions:
Q: Does the default watchlist count for My Assets?
No. Only watchlists you create yourself count. The default watchlist the app creates for you doesn't, so add the stocks you want to follow to a watchlist of your own.
Q: Will My Assets show events for crypto or gold I hold?
No. Event Calendar covers US stocks and Indonesian stocks only, so holdings in crypto, gold, mutual funds, futures, options or commodities don't produce events.
Q: Why doesn't a stock I hold appear under My Assets?
Single-stock events appear only for stocks you can trade on Pluang, and only when the company has a covered event in the period you selected. Some event types, such as mergers and name changes, aren't covered yet.
Q: Does the market tab reset when I change filters?
No. Your selected market tab stays while you change filters, so if the list looks empty, check whether you're on US Stocks or ID Stocks.
