Why Were My Commodities Positions Closed Automatically?

Most likely they were liquidated. When the margin level of your USD Margin (Commodities) wallet falls to 50%, Pluang closes your worst-performing position in full, then checks your margin level again; if it's still at 50% or below, it closes the next one. Margin is calculated across the whole wallet, so a loss on one position lowers the margin level for all of them. Check Transaction History for the closing trades.

Q: Can I exit before my margin level gets that low?Yes. You can close a position yourself with Close Position. Take Profit and Stop Loss are coming. A Limit or Stop order might not fill, though: if it can't be filled in full when its price is reached in a fast market, it shows as Failed and nothing is filled, so keep watching your position.
