FAQ article

Does the AI agent notify me every time it takes an action on my account?

For any trade the AI agent places on your Pluang account, you get the same transaction confirmation and notification that Pluang already sends for every order execution — regardless of whether the trade was placed manually in the app or through a connected AI agent, this is standard practice for order execution on Pluang and isn't something unique to Pluang Agentic Trading. So if your AI agent buys or sells US Stocks or Crypto on your behalf, that action generates a transaction record and notification exactly like a manually-placed order would, giving you a trail you can check at any time. Read-only actions, such as the agent checking your portfolio or looking up a price, are not transactions, so do not expect an alert for those — check your notification settings in the app to see what you currently receive. Until confirmed, assume trade actions are covered by the same transaction notification system every Pluang order already uses, and don't assume read-only checks are silent or alerted either way.

  • What's confirmed — trade notifications: Every order execution on Pluang, no matter which channel it comes through (app, Web Trading, or a connected AI agent), generates a transaction confirmation and notification. This is existing, standard Pluang behavior — it wasn't built specifically for Agentic Trading, and it applies automatically to any buy or sell order the agent places for you.
  • What this means in practice: If you ask your AI agent to buy US Stocks or sell Crypto, and it executes that instruction, you'll see the same kind of transaction record and alert you'd get from placing the order yourself in the app. You are not relying on the agent to tell you what it did — Pluang's own system generates the record independently of the agent.

Related questions:

Q: If the AI agent places a trade, will it show up in my transaction history the same way a manual trade does?
Yes. Trade execution generates the same kind of transaction record regardless of which channel placed the order — app, Web Trading, or a connected AI agent. You can check your transaction history at any time to confirm exactly what was executed, when, and at what price, the same way you would for a trade you placed yourself.

Q: Does checking my portfolio through the AI agent count as an "action" that gets logged?
Read-only actions like checking your portfolio or looking up prices are different from trade actions, and whether they generate any notification is not yet confirmed. Trade execution generates a standard transaction notification; read-only checks are not transactions, so do not expect an alert for those.

Q: Where should I check what the agent actually did?
Your Pluang transaction history is the authoritative record, and it is the right place to reconcile anything you are unsure about rather than relying on whether a notification arrived. Every order the agent places appears there with exactly the same detail as one you placed yourself — the asset, whether it was a buy or a sell, the quantity, the price, the fee and the current status.
