Will I Get a Notification After Successfully Deleting My Bank Account?

Yes. Once your bank account deletion request has been successfully processed, Pluang will send an email notification to your registered Pluang email address. Check your inbox and spam folder regularly after submitting.

If you haven't received a confirmation after 1×24 hours:

  1. Check your spam or junk email folder
  2. Confirm you're checking the email address registered to your Pluang account
  3. Contact Pluang Care via live chat or tanya@pluang.com for a status update

What if I receive a bank account deletion notification I didn't request?
Contact Pluang Care immediately via tanya@pluang.com or in-app live chat to report the unauthorised change.

Can I add a new bank account right after deletion?
Yes. Once you receive the deletion confirmation email, you can add a new bank account through the Pluang app or Pluang Care.
