Gold Fees
Start investing in Gold with a competitive spread, starting from Rp10,000. Gold transactions incur a 0.25% third party fee. For sale transactions, there is a maximum of Rp200 per transaction. This fee is subject to an 11% VAT.
These charges are collected on behalf of JFX, KBI, and the government.
For dormant users, a monthly storage and maintenance fee of 0.01g applies to your physical gold holdings. Dormant users are those who in the last 6 months have no activity in the following transactions:
Buy/Sell Gold, US Stocks, Crypto, Options, & Crypto Futures
Buy/Sell Assets via Pocket
Gold Loan Installment Payments
USD-IDR Conversion or vice versa
Successful IDR or USD Top Up
This fee will be charged on the 1st of every month. Pluang Plus users will not be charged this fee.

Interest rate charged is dependent on the loan terms (from 3-36 months)
8% down payment required of the total loan value
For cancellations, a 10% fee of the total paid installment and down payment will be charged*
*After 2 consecutive unpaid installments, the loan will be automatically canceled and a 10% fee will be charged.
Physical Gold Withdrawals
All physical Gold printing fees from digital Gold are calculated based on the current sell price.
Delivery fees are dependent on the delivery address.
An insurance fee is charged for 3% of the Gold value withdrawn
Gold printing fees are dependent on the size of the Gold bar.
