Can I Replace or Delete the Bank Account Registered in Pluang?

You cannot edit or swap bank account details directly in the Pluang app, but you can request deletion of a dormant or unused bank account through Pluang Care. Once deleted, you can add a new bank account.

How to request deletion: Contact Pluang Care with the bank account number and registered name via tanya@pluang.com, in-app live chat, or (021) 8063 0065 (Mon–Fri, 09.00–18.00 WIB). Processing takes up to 1–3 business days.

What happens to pending withdrawals if I delete my bank account?
