Where can I see my USDT Earn transaction history?
USDT Earn creates three types of transaction: Deposit USDT Earn for each deposit, Withdrawal USDT Earn for each redeem, and USDT Earn Reward for each monthly payout. You can find them in three places. The quickest is the USDT Earn page itself, opened from Wallet → Crypto → USDT card → Earn: under Earn Transactions, the In Progress tab lists open deposits and redeems, and the History tab lists completed and cancelled ones plus your reward payouts. They also appear on the USDT detail page, where open orders sit under Open Orders and the rest under History. Finally, they show in your global transaction history, where you can filter by the USDT balance and the Earn transaction type. Tapping any entry opens its detail page, with the amount, status, dates and an order number you can copy when contacting Pluang Care. USDT Earn transactions are also included in your account statements.

Q: How do I check that my monthly reward was paid?
Look for a USDT Earn Reward entry in the History tab on the USDT Earn page, or in your global transaction history filtered by USDT and Earn. It appears on the 5th of the month, after that morning's daily reward. Opening it shows the amount credited, the reward period it covers and the date it was credited. Total Rewards Received on the USDT Earn page also goes up by the same amount.
Q: Why does an order still show Updated with a time?
Open deposits and redeems show an Updated time, which is when their status last changed. Pull the page down, or tap the refresh line, to load the latest status. The Est. Completion date on the same page tells you when the 13-day period ends: 09:00 WIB on that date, when a deposit becomes active or a redeem returns your USDT to Available to Transfer.
Q: What information should I give Pluang Care about a USDT Earn transaction?
Open the transaction's detail page and copy its order number using the copy icon next to it. Share that number with Pluang Care, together with the transaction type, the amount, the status shown and a screenshot of the page.
