How does redeeming from USDT Earn work, and how long does it take?
To redeem, open Wallet → Crypto, tap Earn on the USDT card, then tap Redeem. Enter an amount from your Earn Balance, or use the 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% or Max buttons, check the Est. Completion date and confirm. Getting your USDT back takes 13 days. A redeem request placed before 09:00 WIB joins that day's batch; one placed at 09:00 WIB or later joins the next day's batch. The amount keeps earning until that batch runs, then stops earning while the 13-day withdrawal period runs. At 09:00 WIB on the 13th day after the batch, the USDT returns to your Available to Transfer balance, ready to sell, send or transfer. For example, a redeem placed at 15:00 WIB on 20 November joins the 21 November batch and is back in your USDT Wallet at 09:00 WIB on 4 December. Any rewards you have built up are not lost: they are paid on the next 5th of the month as usual.

Rules on the Redeem page
- You can redeem part of your Earn Balance or all of it.
- A partial redeem must leave either nothing or at least 1 USDT in your Earn Balance.
- Before you confirm, a sheet reminds you that redeemed USDT stops earning. You can tick "Don't show this again" to skip it next time.
- Each redeem is a separate order with its own clock, so several can run at once.
Related questions
Q: Does my USDT keep earning after I tap Redeem?
Yes, but only until the next batch. While a redeem request has the status Requested, the amount still earns its daily reward. Once the 09:00 WIB batch moves it to In Progress, it stops earning for the whole 13-day withdrawal period. That is why a redeem placed after 09:00 WIB still collects one more daily reward at 08:00 WIB the next morning before the batch runs.
Q: Do I lose my rewards if I redeem everything?
No. Every reward recorded up to the batch is kept and paid on the next 5th of the month, together with the monthly payout, even if your Earn Balance is now zero. The payout goes straight to your USDT Wallet as a USDT Earn Reward transaction. You do not need to keep any USDT in Earn to receive rewards you have already built up.
Q: Is there a faster way to get my USDT back?
No. Every redeem follows the same 13-day withdrawal period, and there is no option to speed it up or skip it. If you think you may need the USDT soon, for example to fund a Crypto Futures position or to sell it for rupiah, keep that amount in your USDT Wallet instead of depositing it, or redeem early enough to allow for the full 13 days.
