What do the balances and statuses on the USDT Earn page mean?
The USDT Earn page, opened from Wallet → Crypto → USDT card → Earn, shows where every part of your USDT in Earn sits. Earn Balance is the USDT that is active and earning. Deposit in Progress is USDT you have deposited that is still waiting for its batch or running its 13-day deposit period, so it is not earning yet. Withdrawal in Progress is USDT you have redeemed that is waiting for its batch or running its 13-day withdrawal period. Est. APR is your current yearly rate: 1.08% for Regular users and 2.18% for Pluang Plus members. Rewards Accrued This Month is the reward built up but not yet paid, with the Disbursement Date of the next payout, and Total Rewards Received is everything paid to you so far. Each deposit and redeem is an order with one of four statuses: Requested, In Progress, Successful or Canceled. Tapping an underlined label opens a short explanation, and the eye icon hides all values on the page.

Q: What is the difference between the In Progress and History tabs?
Both sit under Earn Transactions at the bottom of the USDT Earn page. In Progress lists every deposit and redeem that is still Requested or In Progress, with the number of open orders shown on the tab. History lists orders that are Successful or Canceled, plus your monthly USDT Earn Reward payouts. Tap any row to open its detail page, which shows the amount, status, dates and order number.
Q: Why does Rewards Accrued This Month include last month's rewards?
Rewards are paid on the 5th of each month. Between the 1st and the 5th, the figure therefore still holds the unpaid rewards from the previous month as well as those from the first days of the new month. On the 5th, after that morning's daily reward, everything is paid out to your USDT Wallet and the figure resets to zero, while Total Rewards Received goes up.
Q: Why does my Earn Balance not include the USDT I just deposited?
A new deposit first sits under Deposit in Progress, not Earn Balance. It stays there while it waits for the 09:00 WIB batch and then for the whole 13-day deposit period. Only at 09:00 WIB on the 13th day after its batch does it move into your Earn Balance and start earning. You can check the exact date on the order's detail page under Est. Completion.
