Can I cancel a USDT Earn deposit or redeem?

Yes, but only while the request still has the status Requested, which means until 09:00 WIB on its batch day. A request placed before 09:00 WIB can be cancelled only until 09:00 WIB that same morning; a request placed at 09:00 WIB or later can be cancelled until 09:00 WIB the next day. To cancel, open the USDT Earn page from Wallet → Crypto → USDT card → Earn, go to the In Progress tab, tap the order, then tap Cancel Deposit Request or Cancel Withdrawal Request. A cancelled deposit goes straight back to your Available to Transfer balance. A cancelled redeem goes back to your Earn Balance and simply keeps earning, as if you had never redeemed. Once the 09:00 WIB batch has run, the order moves to In Progress and can no longer be cancelled; if you try, the app shows "This request is already being processed and can no longer be canceled." The order then completes after its 13-day period.

Related questions

Q: Where do I find the cancel button?
Open Wallet → Crypto, tap Earn on the USDT card, and go to the In Progress tab on the USDT Earn page. Tap the deposit or redeem you want to stop to open its transaction detail page. While the order is Requested, the page shows Cancel Deposit Request or Cancel Withdrawal Request at the bottom. If the button is not there, the batch has already run and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Q: Can I cancel part of a deposit or redeem?
No. Cancelling stops the whole order. If you only wanted to deposit or redeem a smaller amount, cancel the order before 09:00 WIB on its batch day and place a new one for the amount you want, keeping to the 1 USDT minimum. The new order gets its own batch day, based on when you place it, and its own 13-day period from that batch.

Q: I missed the 09:00 WIB cut-off. What now?
The order now runs its full 13-day period and cannot be stopped. A deposit will become active and start earning at the end of it; a redeem will return the USDT to your Available to Transfer balance at the end of it. The Est. Completion date on the order's detail page shows exactly when. If you change your mind afterwards, you can place a new deposit or redeem then.
