Which banks can I use for VA top-up on Pluang?
You can top up via Virtual Account on Pluang using BCA VA, BRI VA, or Mandiri VA. Each one only accepts transfers from an account at the same bank. Bank INA VA isn't available at the moment, and Permata VA is no longer offered. If your bank isn't BCA, BRI, or Mandiri, use BCA Direct Transfer (minimum Rp500,000), QRIS, or GoPay instead.

- BCA VA, BRI VA, and Mandiri VA only accept transfers from a matching-bank account — for example, BCA VA can only be topped up from a BCA account.
- From any other bank, use BCA Direct Transfer (minimum Rp500,000, credited to IDR Cash Wallet), QRIS, or GoPay.
- Fee, minimum (Rp10,000), and destination balance (IDR Crypto Funding) are identical across BCA VA, BRI VA, and Mandiri VA.
- Always start a top-up in the Pluang app and copy the VA number it shows. Don't reuse a VA number saved in your mobile banking history — it may be an old Permata VA or Bank INA VA number that no longer works.
