Is there a fee for top-up via Virtual Account (VA) on Pluang?
Yes. A Virtual Account top-up costs Rp4,995 if you top up Rp2,000,000 or less, or Rp1,665 if you top up more than Rp2,000,000, including 11% VAT. The fee is the same at every VA bank: BCA, BRI and Mandiri. It is deducted from the amount you transfer, and the rest goes to your IDR Crypto Funding balance.
