How Does Pluang Show Fees Transparently Before I Trade?
On Pluang, the fees for an order are shown in the app before you confirm, so you can check the cost and back out before anything is executed. Indonesian stocks, US Stock Options and gold show the fees and tax on the order review or confirmation screen, and Commodities shows the commission in the order summary. For crypto, gold and Commodities, the spread is built into the buy and sell prices rather than shown as a separate line. Every published rate, including promotional rates and their terms, is listed on pluang.com/biaya.
Where each product shows its fees
| Product | What you see before you confirm |
|---|---|
| Indonesian stocks | Transaction fee, levy, KPEI clearing fee, VAT and, on sales, final income tax, itemised on the order confirmation screen; the same breakdown appears again in your transaction history |
| US Stock Options | Fees and tax on the order review or confirmation screen |
| Gold | Fees and tax on the order review or confirmation screen; the spread is built into the price |
| Commodities | The commission in the order summary; the spread is built into the price |
| Crypto | Tax shown before you confirm; the spread is built into the price |
| US stocks and ETFs | The fee breakdown in the app; rates are published at pluang.com/biaya/us-stocks |
Rates themselves differ by product. The fee overview lists which components apply to each product, and the fee pages on pluang.com/biaya give every published rate.

Related questions:
Q: Could I be charged a fee I didn't see before confirming?
The fees for each order are shown before you confirm. One charge depends on your whole day rather than one order: for Indonesian stocks, e-Meterai (stamp duty) of Rp10,000 applies on days when your executed transactions total more than Rp10,000,000.
Q: Can I cancel an order if I don't agree with the fees shown?
Yes. Nothing is executed until you confirm. If you don't want to go ahead, close the confirmation screen instead of confirming.
Q: Is the spread a fee?
The spread is the gap between the buy and sell price. For crypto, gold and Commodities it is built into the prices you see, not charged as a separate line, and it moves with market conditions.
Q: How are promotional rates shown?
Some products run promotional rates for new users, valid for a limited period and subject to terms. They are shown on each product's fee page and in the app.
