What Are the Terms and Conditions of the Pluang Referral Program?

The Pluang referral program terms and conditions set four things: who can refer, who counts as a new user, what the new user must do, and how rewards work. To refer, you must have completed Basic Verification, which gives you a referral code. The friend must be new to Pluang: their number never registered on Pluang, DANA eMas, Tokopedia Emas or GoInvestasi, and no earlier verification or transaction on Pluang. They must enter your code at registration, complete Basic Verification, and make a single investment of at least Rp1,000,000 in gold, crypto assets, US stocks, or ETFs (US- or IDX-listed). They must keep it, or keep a portfolio of at least Rp1,000,000, for 45 days. All of that must be done within 365 days of entering the code. As of September 2026, each of you then has a chance of receiving a cash reward of between Rp5,000 and Rp1,000,000, claimable after day 45, for up to 50 successful referrals.

Steps your friend must complete:

• Enter your referral code on the Pluang registration page
• Complete Basic Verification
• Make one investment of at least Rp1,000,000 in a single transaction, not added up across purchases, in gold, crypto assets, US stocks, or ETFs; a leveraged position counts if its final amount is at least Rp1,000,000. US stocks and ETFs need a further verification step beyond Basic Verification
• Keep that investment, or keep a portfolio worth at least Rp1,000,000, for 45 days from the purchase date
• Complete the investment and the 45-day hold within 365 calendar days of entering the code, or the referral expires

Other rules:

• Each successful referral gives you and your friend one reward each
• Rewards are claimed after day 45 from Account → referral banner (Ajak Teman Bawa Cuan) → Claim, and go to your Saldo IDR (IDR Cash), usable only for further investment on Pluang
• If a friend misses the investment or holding step, they can repeat those two steps
• Rewards are capped at 50 successful referrals per user
• Share your code with friends and family only; spamming it on any channel can get the code or user cancelled
• Pluang can cancel rewards where it finds fraud or transactions that break the terms, and its decisions on the program are final
• Pluang can change the terms at any time and will notify participants; rewards already claimed are not affected

Yes, as long as they do not sell. The terms give an example: a friend who buys Rp1,000,000 of gold and keeps it for 45 days still qualifies even if it falls to Rp980,000 in that time. What matters is the amount of the purchase and that it stays in the portfolio. The reverse also holds: a Rp900,000 purchase that grows to Rp1,000,000 does not qualify, because the purchase itself was below the minimum.

Yes. The terms let Pluang change the program's terms at any time at its discretion, and Pluang will inform participants when it does. A change does not affect rewards already claimed before it.
