Why Isn't the Claim Button Showing for My Pluang Referral?
The most common reason the Claim button isn't showing is that 45 days have not yet passed since your friend's qualifying purchase: a referral reward becomes claimable only after day 45. Ask your friend the date they made their single investment of at least Rp1,000,000 and check again after day 45. If that date has passed, one of the other causes below applies.

No. After day 45 the reward becomes claimable, but you still tap Claim for that friend on the referral page. Nothing is added to your Saldo IDR until you do.
