Why Can't I See My Pluang Referral Code?
The most common reason your Pluang referral code isn't showing is that your Basic Verification is not complete yet: the code is issued only after Basic Verification is approved. Finish or wait for approval of Basic Verification, then open Account at the top right of the Home screen and tap the referral banner (Ajak Teman Bawa Cuan). Other causes are covered below.
| Symptom / Condition | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| You have not started or finished Basic Verification | The referral code is issued only after Basic Verification | Complete Basic Verification under Account → Identity Verification → Basic Verification. |
| Your Basic Verification is still being reviewed | The code appears only once verification is approved | Wait for the approval, then check the referral page again. |
| You cannot find the referral banner | Banner titles can change between campaigns | Open Account at the top right of the Home screen and tap the banner or mission that invites you to bring friends, currently Ajak Teman Bawa Cuan. |
| The banner or page does not load | An older app version or a temporary loading problem | Update the Pluang app from the Google Play Store or App Store, then close and reopen it. |
| Your code has stopped working | Pluang can cancel a referral code that has been spread by spamming | Contact Pluang Care to check the status of your code. |
If the issue persists:
Contact Pluang Care via live chat in the Pluang app, email tanya@pluang.com, or call (021) 8063 0065 (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB). Include your phone model, app version, and a screenshot of your Account page.
