IDSS Verification Page Blank or Not Loading on Pluang

A blank or unresponsive Indonesian stock (IDSS) verification page on Pluang is most commonly caused by using an outdated app version. Updating the Pluang app to at least iOS 7.0.3 or Android 7.1.5 resolves this in most cases. If the page still doesn't load or the submit button remains inactive after updating, contact Pluang support to investigate.

Important notes:

  • The minimum required Pluang app version to complete IDSS verification is iOS 7.0.3 or Android 7.1.5. Always check your app version before attempting verification.
