Can the IDR Yield rate change?
Yes. Pluang sets the IDR Yield rate and can change it, but must give you at least 14 calendar days' notice, through the Pluang app and/or by email, before a new rate takes effect. A change applies only from its effective date: yield you have already earned is never recalculated at the new rate. As of October 2026, the rate is 2.5% per year for Pluang Plus members and 1% per year for regular users, and the current rate is always shown in the app. Your own rate also changes when your membership changes: from the day you become a Pluang Plus member you earn 2.5%, and from the day you are no longer a member you earn 1%. Pluang can also end the IDR Yield program, but yield earned up to the end date is still yours.
- Rate change by Pluang: at least 14 calendar days' notice, in the app and/or by email.
- No backdating: yield already earned keeps the rate it was earned at.
- Membership change: your rate follows your Pluang Plus status day by day.
- End of the program: yield earned up to the end date is still paid.

Q: How will I know if the rate changes?
Pluang notifies you at least 14 calendar days before a new rate takes effect, through the Pluang app and/or by email, and the notice gives the date the new rate starts. Until that date, you keep earning at the current rate. The rate shown in the app is always the one that applies today, so you can check it at any time.
Q: Does a rate change affect yield I have already earned?
No. Rate changes are never applied backwards. Each day's yield is fixed at the rate that applied on that day, so if the rate changes in the middle of a month, the days before the change keep the old rate and the days after it use the new one. The month's total is still paid by the 10th of the following month.
Q: What happens if the IDR Yield program ends?
Yield you earned up to the day the program ends remains yours and is paid under the normal payment rules, by the 10th of the following month. Your money stays in your IDR Cash and you can keep using it as usual; it simply stops earning IDR Yield after the end date.
