FAQ article

When is IDR Yield paid?

IDR Yield is paid once a month: the yield you earn during a calendar month is credited to your IDR Cash by the 10th of the following month. For example, yield earned from 1 to 31 October is paid by 10 November. The payment appears in your transaction history as IDR Cash Yield, and you can use it straight away to invest or move it to another wallet. During the month, you can follow the yield building up in the app, along with the total yield you have received so far. If a technical problem delays a payment, Pluang credits it within 5 business days, and the delay does not cancel your right to it. To be paid, your IDR Cash account must still be active on the payment date.

Related questions

Q: Where can I see my IDR Yield payments?
Each payment appears in your transaction history as IDR Cash Yield, with the date it was credited and the amount; opening it shows the month the yield was earned for. You can also see the yield building up for the current month, and the total yield you have received, on your IDR Cash page. Your portfolio lists IDR Yield separately from USD Yield.

Q: Can I use my yield as soon as it is paid?
Yes. Once it is credited, the yield is part of your IDR Cash balance like any other money there, with no holding period. You can use it to buy assets, move it to another Pluang wallet, or leave it in your IDR Cash, where it also earns yield from that day as long as it is still in the wallet at 23:59 WIB.

Q: What if my yield has not arrived by the 10th?
First check that IDR Yield was active and that you had money in your IDR Cash at 23:59 WIB during the month. If a technical problem delays a payment, Pluang credits it within 5 business days, and the delay does not cancel your right to it. If it still has not arrived, contact Pluang Care within 30 calendar days; Pluang responds within 10 business days.

Q: What if I was paid too much by mistake?
If a calculation or system error leads to an overpayment, Pluang tells you by email. The extra amount may then be deducted from your future IDR Yield payments, or you may be asked to return it. Pluang does not take the money directly from your IDR Cash account, so your balance is never debited without you knowing.
