How do I withdraw physical gold through eMAS DANA?

As of 26 June 2024, the physical gold withdrawal feature through eMAS DANA is available again, Sobat Cuan!

If you already hold gold assets in the DANA app and are an existing eMAS DANA user, you can withdraw physical gold by following these steps:

1. Open your DANA app, then on the "Home" page, select the "eMAS" menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of your screen and select "Saatnya Cetak eMAS Fisik" (Time to Print Physical Gold).
3. Next, tap (+) on the gram amount you want to withdraw physically, then click "Lanjut" (Continue).
4. Tap "Di sini" (Here) at the bottom for the details of the fees charged when withdrawing physical gold.
5. If the details are correct, enter the destination address for the physical gold delivery.
6. If the address differs from your ID card (KTP), tick "Alamat Pengiriman Berbeda dengan KTP" (Delivery Address Differs from KTP).
7. If you want to ship to a different address, you can ship to your current domicile by attaching a certificate of domicile issued by the local kelurahan, or to your workplace by attaching a letter of employment from HR, or by including a photo of your company ID card together with a selfie holding that company ID card.
8. Next, upload the supporting documents.
9. Once the documents upload successfully, please re-check the address you entered. If it is correct, select "Lanjut" (Continue).
10. Re-check your "Order Details". If everything is correct, select "Konfirmasi" (Confirm).
11. The printing fee is deducted from your DANA wallet balance, so make sure you have enough balance, then click "Pay". Your physical gold withdrawal request is then confirmed, and you can click "View Transaction" to see the details.
