How Do I Withdraw Physical Gold Through eMAS DANA?

To withdraw physical gold through eMAS DANA, open the DANA app, choose "eMAS" on the Home page and select "Saatnya Cetak eMAS Fisik" at the bottom of the screen. From there you pick the gram amount, check the fees, enter your delivery address, upload a supporting document if the address differs from your KTP, confirm the order and pay. The whole flow happens in the DANA app, not the Pluang app, and it is only open to existing eMAS DANA users: the Pluang–DANA gold collaboration has been closed to new users since 26 June 2026. You need a verified eMAS DANA account and enough balance for the fees, since the printing fee is deducted from your eMAS DANA balance and the shipping cost from your DANA wallet. Processing takes a maximum of 7 working days, not including shipping, and a request cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.


Before you start. You need a verified eMAS DANA account, gold in your eMAS DANA balance, and enough balance for the fees. For delivery to a domicile address, have a domicile letter from your kelurahan ready; for an office address, an employment letter from HR, or a photo of your company ID card plus a selfie holding it.

Steps in the DANA app

  • 1. Open eMAS. In the DANA app, choose the "eMAS" menu on the "Home" page.
  • 2. Start the withdrawal. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Saatnya Cetak eMAS Fisik".
  • 3. Choose the grams. Tap (+) on the gram amount you want to withdraw, then tap "Lanjut".
  • 4. Check the fees. Tap "Di sini" at the bottom of the screen to see the fees for the withdrawal.
  • 5. Enter the delivery address. If it differs from your KTP, tick "Alamat Pengiriman Berbeda dengan KTP" and upload the supporting document.
  • 6. Re-check the address. Once the document has uploaded, check the address again and select "Lanjut".
  • 7. Confirm the order. Check your "Detail Pesanan" and, if everything is correct, select "Konfirmasi".
  • 8. Pay. Make sure your balance covers the fees, then tap "Pay". Your request is confirmed, and "View Transaction" shows its details.

After you pay. Processing takes a maximum of 7 working days, not including shipping, and the gold ships from Jakarta to anywhere in Indonesia. A confirmed request cannot be cancelled or changed, so check the grams and the address before you select "Konfirmasi". Q: Can I withdraw my eMAS DANA gold from the Pluang app?
No. eMAS DANA gold is a separate balance that does not appear in the Pluang app, so its physical withdrawal is done only in the DANA app, through "eMAS" and then "Saatnya Cetak eMAS Fisik". If you also hold gold in the Pluang app, that gold is withdrawn in the Pluang app instead, from 1 gram, as described in the guide "How to Withdraw Physical Gold on Pluang".

Q: Where can I see the fees before I pay?
After you choose the gram amount, tap "Di sini" at the bottom of the screen to see the fee details. The printing fee depends on how many grams you print and is deducted from your eMAS DANA balance, while the shipping cost depends on the delivery location and is deducted from your DANA wallet. You can check everything again in "Detail Pesanan" before you select "Konfirmasi".

Tick "Alamat Pengiriman Berbeda dengan KTP" when you enter the address, then upload a supporting document. A domicile address needs a domicile letter from the kelurahan where you live.
