How Much Is the Pluang Gold Printing Fee for a Physical Withdrawal?
The Pluang gold printing fee depends on the bar size: as of September 2026 it runs from Rp575,000 for a 1 gram bar to Rp37,005,000 for a 100 gram bar. A physical withdrawal has three costs: the printing fee per bar, a shipping fee that depends on your delivery address, and insurance of 3% of the value of the gold withdrawn. You do not pay them in Rupiah. All three are converted to grams at the current sell price and deducted from your gold balance, so your balance must cover the bar plus the fees; a 5 gram bar, for example, can need about 5.83 grams in total. Fees can change, and the app shows the final amount on the review screen before you tap "Pay". A cancelled withdrawal costs nothing. Start from Portfolio → Assets → Gold → vault icon → "Redeem"; see the guide "How to Withdraw Physical Gold on Pluang".

Why the fees are charged in grams. When you withdraw through the Pluang app, the printing fee, the shipping fee and the insurance are converted into their equivalent in grams at the current sell price and automatically reduce your available gold balance. That is why the balance needs to be larger than the bar itself.
The app has the final number. The table and the example above are a guide. Printing fees can change, shipping depends on the distance or delivery location, and the insurance follows the value of your gold at the time, so always check the review screen before you pay.
Related questions:
Q: Do I pay the physical withdrawal fees in Rupiah?
No. When you withdraw through the Pluang app, the printing fee, the shipping fee and the 3% insurance are converted into grams at the current sell price and deducted from your gold balance. You do not need a Rupiah balance for them. What you do need is enough grams to cover the bar you want plus all three fees, which the review screen shows before you tap "Pay".
Q: Why can't I withdraw a 5 gram bar when I have exactly 5 grams?
Because the fees are also taken from your gold balance. A 5 gram bar needs 5 grams for the bar itself plus the grams equal to the printing, shipping and insurance fees. In the illustrative example on the fees page, that comes to about 5.83 grams in total. Buy a little more gold or choose a smaller bar, then try again; the review screen shows the exact amount.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
It depends on the distance to your delivery location, so there is no single fixed amount. Gold ships from Jakarta, and delivery covers all regions of Indonesia. The shipping fee is converted to grams at the current sell price along with the printing fee and the insurance, and the exact amount for your address appears on the review screen before you pay.
Q: Do I get the fees back if I cancel the withdrawal?
Yes. If a physical gold withdrawal is cancelled, no fee is charged and your gold balance is returned in full, including the grams that were set aside for the printing, shipping and insurance fees. To cancel, email tanya@pluang.com within 5 working days of your request; the cancellation is processed within 1 working day once it is confirmed, and the grams return to your balance.
