What is Crypto Send on Pluang?
Crypto Send is Pluang's feature for transferring your crypto assets out of your Pluang account — either to another Pluang user or to an external wallet on another platform. It moves the actual crypto asset itself, not an IDR withdrawal.
Good to know:
- Crypto Send covers two destinations: another Pluang user's account, or an external wallet address on a supported network.
- It transfers the crypto asset directly — unlike Cashout, which withdraws IDR to your bank account after you've sold an asset.
- Sending to another Pluang user is free; sending to an external wallet carries a network fee plus applicable VAT.
- Authenticator is mandatory for every Crypto Send transaction.
