Is There a Fee to Withdraw Funds to a Bank Account on Pluang?

For withdrawals from your IDR Crypto Funding balance, every Pluang user gets one free withdrawal per calendar month. From the second withdrawal onwards, Pluang charges Rp4,500 + 11% PPN per transaction (effective 15 May 2025). The free quota resets on the 1st of each month. This fee structure does not apply to RDN, which has its own separate fee rules.


Withdrawal fee summary (IDR Crypto Funding):

  • 1st withdrawal in the calendar month: Free
  • 2nd withdrawal onwards: Rp4,500 + 11% PPN per transaction

Additional notes:

  • This fee structure applies to IDR Crypto Funding withdrawals only. RDN withdrawals are free if the destination bank matches your RDN host bank, or Rp2,900 per transaction otherwise — no monthly free quota applies to RDN
  • Free quota resets on the 1st of every calendar month
  • Withdrawal destination: registered bank accounts only (e-wallets not supported)
  • Minimum withdrawal: Rp10,000 per transaction (exclusive of any applicable fee)
  • Daily withdrawal limit: Rp500,000,000 from IDR Crypto Funding (cumulative, effective 22 July 2026, resets at 00:00 WIB). RDN has no daily withdrawal limit, and there is no transfer path between the two wallets
