Which balance can I withdraw on Pluang?
You can withdraw directly to your bank account from two balances: IDR Crypto Funding (Saldo Crypto IDR) and your RDN. Money in any other balance has to be moved into IDR Crypto Funding first, for example by transferring from IDR Cash Wallet, converting USD to IDR, or selling crypto. RDN is withdrawn separately, through its own flow.
What you can withdraw
| Balance | Withdraw directly? | What to do first |
|---|---|---|
| IDR Crypto Funding (Saldo Crypto IDR) | Yes | Nothing; withdraw to your bank account |
| RDN (for Indonesian stocks) | Yes¹ | Nothing; withdraw from the RDN account |
| IDR Cash Wallet (Dompet IDR) | No | Transfer to IDR Crypto Funding (free) |
| USD balance | No | Convert USD to IDR, then transfer to IDR Crypto Funding² |
| USD Margin | No | Close your positions first, then follow the USD steps above |

¹ RDN has its own withdrawal flow in the app. RDN money can't be moved to other Pluang balances, and money in other balances can't be moved into RDN. ² IDR↔USD conversion costs 0.25% plus 11% VAT.
Withdrawals go only to a bank account registered in your own name.
