Pluang System Maintenance – 24 May 2026: What You Need to Know

Pluang will perform scheduled system maintenance on Sunday, 24 May 2026 from 00:00–03:00 WIB (estimated 3 hours). During this window, the Pluang app and web trading platform (trade.pluang.com) will be temporarily unavailable. Your assets, balances, and pending orders remain safe throughout.

 

Not accessible during maintenance:

  • The Pluang mobile app — you will see a "We Are Under Maintenance" screen
  • The web trading platform at trade.pluang.com

 

Still accessible during maintenance:

  • All other Pluang web pages (outside the trading platform)
  • FAQ and Help Center at faq.pluang.com and help.pluang.com

 

Your orders: Pending orders are safe and will not be cancelled. The orderbook and crypto exchange continue to operate normally. Existing orders — including Advance Orders — can still execute if market conditions are met. New orders cannot be placed during maintenance.

 

Deposits and withdrawals: Any pending deposit or withdrawal will be updated and processed once maintenance ends at 03:00 WIB.

 

After maintenance: All Pluang services return to normal after 03:00 WIB. If you still can't access the app, close and reopen it. For further help, contact Pluang Care at tanya@pluang.com (available 24/7).
