Each product provided by Pluang has an official permit granted by the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti) or the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), and is registered in accordance with the laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

Crypto Assets and Crypto Futures (Perpetual Contracts) are facilitated by PT Bumi Santosa Cemerlang as a Digital Financial Asset Trader which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK). Transactions are facilitated by Central Finansial X (CFX) and are guaranteed by Kliring Komoditi Indonesia (KKI).
