How Do I Check the US Stock Dividends I Have Received on Pluang?

Every dividend credited to your account is recorded in Transaction History inside the Pluang app, and there are two ways to reach it. The first is through the Balance menu: open Balance, then tap Transaction History, and the dividends you have received appear in the list alongside your other transactions. The second is from the stock itself — open the asset page for a US stock you hold and tap the transaction icon in the top corner of the page, which opens the same history. Tapping an individual dividend entry expands it into a full breakdown showing the date it was credited, the gross dividend, the tax that was withheld, and the net amount that reached your USD balance. That breakdown is also the record you use when reporting dividend income, since no tax slip is issued.

  • Route 1: Balance menu → Transaction History.
  • Route 2: Asset page of a US stock you hold → transaction icon in the top corner.
  • What the list shows: Each dividend as its own entry, with its date and amount.
  • What an entry expands to: Gross dividend, tax withheld, and net amount credited.
  • Upcoming and past dividend dates: Shown separately in the Corporate Actions section of the asset page.
  • Doubles as your tax record: No bukti potong is issued, so this history is what you report from.

Q: Where exactly do I find dividends in the Pluang app?
Open the Balance menu and tap Transaction History — dividends appear there as their own entries, mixed in with your other account transactions and labelled with the date they were credited. If you would rather start from the stock, open the asset page of any US stock you hold and tap the transaction icon in the top corner of the page. Both routes lead to the same history, so use whichever is quicker for you.

Q: What details does a single dividend entry show?
Tapping a dividend entry opens its full breakdown. You see the date the dividend was credited, the gross amount before tax, the withholding tax that was deducted, and the net amount that actually reached your USD balance. That lets you check the arithmetic yourself rather than only seeing a final figure. It is also the level of detail you need when preparing your annual tax return, since Pluang does not issue a tax slip.

Q: Can I see dividends that are scheduled but not yet paid?
Transaction History only shows what has already been credited, so a dividend that has not been paid yet will not appear there. To see what is coming, open the asset page for that stock and look at the Corporate Actions section, which lists dividend events for the current period as well as previous ones. That is where you find the announced dates before the money moves, including the cum date and the payable date.

Q: What if a dividend still has not appeared in my history?
First check the payable date in the Corporate Actions section on the stock's asset page, since dividends usually arrive one day after that date and can take up to seven. Also confirm you were holding a qualifying position on the cum date and that your position type is eligible. If more than seven days have passed since the payable date and nothing has appeared, email Pluang Care at tanya@pluang.com to have it checked.
