What happened to Permata VA on Pluang?

Permata VA is no longer available on Pluang. Old Permata VA numbers no longer work — any top-up sent to one fails or is rejected automatically. Your balance and portfolio are unaffected. If you bank with BCA, BRI, or Mandiri, top up with that bank's own VA. From any other bank, use BCA Direct Transfer (minimum Rp500,000), QRIS, or GoPay.

• Old Permata VA numbers are no longer valid. If one is saved in your mobile banking app, stop using it — always start a top-up in the Pluang app and follow the instructions it shows.
• Bank INA VA, which took over from Permata VA, isn't available at the moment either.
• BCA, BRI, and Mandiri VA cost Rp4,995 for top-ups of Rp2,000,000 or less, or Rp1,665 for top-ups above Rp2,000,000 (VAT included), with a Rp10,000 minimum, and credit IDR Crypto Funding.
• To find your VA number: open Wallet, select a balance other than RDN, tap Top Up, choose your bank, and copy the VA number shown.
