What is Bank INA VA on Pluang and who can use it?
Bank INA VA is a Virtual Account top-up method on Pluang that replaced Permata VA. Unlike BCA, BRI, and Mandiri VA, it isn't limited to one bank: you can transfer to it from any bank that supports Real Time Online (RTO), without a Bank INA account. SeaBank and Jago don't support RTO yet, so top-ups from those two banks can't use it.

- The sending account must be registered in your own name, matching your Pluang account — the same rule that applies to every VA bank.
- To find your Bank INA VA number: open Wallet, select a balance other than RDN, tap Top Up, choose Bank INA, and copy the VA number shown.
